DIRECT Center for Independence, Inc. provides individual counseling and peer support for people with disabilities to empower them to create positive changes in their lives.
Working with a peer counselor, you can:
- Connect with community resources
- Learn to assert yourself
- Enhance personal identity and self-esteem
- Build healthy relationships
- Be supported as you work toward your independent living goals
Brain Injury Support Group
Tuesdays 3:30-5:00 p.m.

Thursdays 1:00-2:30 p.m.
